Booking Process

• Check Church availability

• Submit Booking Form

• Pay administrative fee of $850 (inclusive of projection cost)

• Confirmation issued after approval

• Upon confirmation, the Sacraments Coordinator will meet with the wedding couple

• Please note that booking date closes one year prior 

(eg) 12 Jan 2027 booking closes on 12 Jan 2026

Cancellation Policy

• No refund of administrative fee will be made for cancellation/postponement
